Please complete the entire conference form
and submit with payment to NASSMC. A complete registration
entitles you to admission to the NASSMC 2007 Annual Coalition
Directors' Meeting. For check and money order payments, please make sure to identify who/which coalition the registration fee is for.

Rooms are no longer available at the Hilton Garden Inn - Arlington Courthouse Plaza so please email registration@nassmc.org so that lodging can be arranged for you.
TRAVEL
NASSMC Member Coalitions benefit: NASSMC will reimburse one (1) representative from each member coalition the cost of round-trip travel (up to $300.00) to attend the meeting. These costs include airfare, ground transportation, and parking. To be eligible:

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations must be received in writing by fax or email by APRIL 1, 2007 for a full refund. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after that date. All refunds will be issued after April 1, 2007. Substitutions may be made at anytime. Persons not canceling by April 1, 2007 or sending a substitute to the conference will be responsible for full payment of the $250 registration fee plus a $250 cancellation fee.
