State coalition directors are asked to officially notify NASSMC via e-mail if their organization is to be represented by someone other than the director.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE
For the NASSMC Meeting on October 22, there is no conference registration fee for the official representative of dues-paid NASSMC member coalitions. Individual participant conference registration (excluding the official NASSMC coalition representative) is $100. Payment may be mailed to NASSMC with your registration form, or made at the conference.

Online Registration:

Participants may register online until October 10 and select payment options (for coalition dues and/or additional attendees). Online payment is not available for this conference. Payment is by check or purchase order and may be completed at the conference or mailed with your printed registration form to:

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

We ask that cancellations be received by phone or email on or before October 15, 2010. Substitutions to the room list may be made at anytime prior to the 21st by email or phone. We will need to inform the hotel of the change so that the room is held. The hotel will reserve rooms at the conference rate only to persons using the conference code at the time of reservation.
