The Education Commission of the States (ECS) has published an example of what appears to be deliberate misuse of the language of reform that is associated with "restructuring" education. Restructuring opponents developed and promoted definitions of key "restructuring" that, if taken seriously, would undermine the work of restructuring proponents.
