Information You Need Before You Register

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

The registration deadline for a guaranteed room at the Marriott at Metro Center Hotel was Friday, January 21. If you would still like to register for this conference, please contact info@nassmc.org.

EXPENSES

NASSMC is committed to covering the costs for up to three Linking Leaders Coalitions members from each state to attend this conference. This includes travel to and from the conference, accommodations (room and tax) for two nights (February 9 and 10, 2005) and per diem.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS

Air and ground transportation will be reimbursed up to $400 per attendee. Provisions may be made for special travel circumstances. Please contact NASSMC for more information.

Accommodations will be direct billed to NASSMC. The conference hotel is the Marriott at Metro Center.

Local Airports

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

By registering for the conference, you are giving NASSMC permission to record audio and photo and/or video images of you for use in print and electronic publications and promotional materials.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NASSMC will only honor cancellations received by Friday, January 28, 2005. PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel after this deadline, a fee of $200 will be assessed to cover conference expenses.
